ALL CARD GAMES
INTRODUCTION
A game of chance that requires a range of skills – none of which are related to
playing cards. Loved by backpackers and students around the world.
HOW TO PLAY RING OF FIRE
Place all the cards in the center of the table forming a circle round a cup filled with a drink. All cards must be touching each other.
Player one takes a card, trying not to break the ring of cards. Only one card can be touched.
Player one turns their card over and performs an action based on the card taken, see Card Actions. Players take it in turns to take one card from the table.
THE DEAL
Place all the cards in the center of the table forming a circle round a cup filled with a drink. All cards must be touching each other.
Each player should also have a drink next to them.
THE PLAY
Player one takes a card, trying not to break the ring of cards. Only one card can be touched.
HOW TO WIN
Players with the best concentration and fastest reactions are more likely to win. The aim is not to lose as the loser has to drink from the cup in the middle.
SWAPPING CARDS
Player one turns their card over and performs an action based on the card taken, see Card Actions. Players take it in turns to take one card from the table.
DRINKING
When the action is completed, the next player takes a turn. If there is a loser in any of the actions, that person has to drink one sip from their own cup.
THE WINNER
If the ring of cards is broken then the player who broke the ring must drink all the liquid in the cup. A new deal is started.

TIPS
Know when to quit. Some players are very good at this game and others are not.
STRATEGY
Onlv drink the smallest amount possible and try not to make enemies.
